Serneke and Tosito sign contracting agreement for the Kärnekulla Kvarter 11 block outside Jönköping

In Habo, outside Jönköping, Tosito is developing a completely new retail and residential area called Kärnekulla. Serneke is already active in the area constructing the Vättervyn tenant-owned housing association.

In connection with this project along county road 195, Kärnekulla Kvarter 11 will now take shape. The project encompasses shops, a gym and a car showroom, distributed over 5,000 square meters of space.

“It feels really great to continue working with Tosito and to be involved with developing this exciting new area in Habo,” says Peter Andersson, Business Manager at Serneke.

The planning and design process will commence immediately, and excavation work will start in November 2021.

The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022. The project order totals about SEK 61 million and will be included in the order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2021.
