Serneke has been awarded the honourable job of building 154 new flats for HFAB in the centre of Halmstad, Sweden. The project is worth around 210 million SEK.
At Nissastrand in the centre of Halmstad, Halmstad Fastighetsbolag, HFAB, will construct the Jordmån block containing 154 new rental apartments. The focus in the project has always been on a high quality finish within set financial limits. In order to review the quality of the project, HFAB have used a jury which included the architect Gert Wingårdh and the interior designer Åsa Gessle.
Serneke won the tender and is therefore the turnkey contractor in charge of the construction of Jordmånen.
- We are very pleased to be operating in Halmstad and in particular with a prestigious project like this one. Serneke's core values are about cost-awareness and the delivery of quality, something which this project is very much about, says Ola Serneke, CEO of Serneke.
Construction started in the autumn of 2012 and was completed in April 2015.
