Serneke Bygg has signed an agreement with Cernera Fastigheter AB to build a apartment building with 43 condominiums in Bergdalen in Borås. The order amount amounts to approximately SEK 74 million.
Brf Vyn includes 43 condominiums of different sizes with a focus on high standards and convenience. The apartments are well-planned with very bright and generous balconies. Under The house a parking garage will be built that provides accommodation in the house the possibility of private parking.
The residential Bergdalen in Borås is centrally located with a mix of villas and multi-family houses. BRF View will be close to both the centre and nature and activities.

The planned construction start of Brf Vyn is August 2019 and the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
