The Real Estate Committee decided that Serneke will be the actor who can develop the attractive project Cirkustomten in central Gothenburg, a stone's throw from Avenyn and Götaplatsen.
The project is developed together with the architectural firm Semrén & Månsson and Skandia Fastigheter, where the latter become owners and long-term managers of the rental rights. Two higher brick buildings are placed towards the South road, thus keeping the noise out of the park and the residential buildings where lush terraces form an extension of the park.
The intended vision for the property is to construct 20 000 m² housing divided into 250 apartments as well as 2 000 m² Hotel area, 3 800 m² operating area and 11 100 m² garage.
The business premises will accommodate companies that take social responsibility. These will integrate people who are struggling to enter the world of work while pursuing resource-saving activities that are in line with sustainable societal development.
The detailed planning work for Cirkustomten is not yet begun. As it looks at present it becomes sales start in the beginning of 2022.
