New management for an accelerated pace of change
Serneke is taking another important step in building a stronger company with four new appointments to the management team. Mikael Hultqvist will take over as CEO Serneke Sweden, while three new roles will be added, with Carole Lindmark assuming the role of Head of Communications, Johanna Rutberg becoming General Counsel and Kaia Eichler being appointed Head of Sustainability. The changes strengthen the leadership in the organization and create better conditions for the next step in the company's development.
“It feels positive to strengthen the management with four new colleagues with high competence and a proven ability to drive change. We now intend to accelerate the pace of change to strengthen the company's competitiveness”, says Michael Berglin, CEO Serneke Group.
Serneke Group's management will work closely with the business in the ongoing work towards a more profitable and stable business. New competencies also improve the basis for delivering an offer that fulfils the industry's as well as the society's increasing development needs in areas such as sustainability and digital transformation.
The new management team consists of:
• Michael Berglin, CEO
• Mikael Hultqvist, CEO Serneke Sweden
• Carole Lindmark, Head of Communications
• Johanna Rutberg, General Counsel
• Kaia Eichler, Head of Sustainability
• Ola Serneke, CEO Serneke Invest
• Anders Düring, CFO
• Robin Gerum, Head of Business Development
• Jonas Fjellman, Head of HR
All changes take effect immediately. The new members assume their roles as soon as possible, considering current notice periods. Because of the changes, Anders Arfvén will leave his position as CEO Serneke Sweden, and Michael Berglin will take over the position until Mikael Hultqvist takes office. Daniel Modéus remains in the management team until Johanna Rutberg assumes the position as General Counsel, after which Daniel Modéus continues as Head of Legal Serneke Sweden with a strengthened focus on the company's construction and real estate law.
“I thank Anders Arfvén for his efforts for the company and wish him luck in the future. We all look forward to soon be welcoming our new colleagues to an exciting job of taking Serneke to the next level”, says Michael Berglin.
