Together with Platzer Real Estate, we develop and build Gamlestad's Plaza in Gothenburg.
As part of the West-Sweden package, the district of Gamlestaden will be developed and will include travel centre, offices, housing and trade. At year-end 2014/15, we entered into an agreement with the City of Gothenburg to acquire land of 17,000m² for the construction of Gamlestad's Plaza.
We are responsible for the construction of the building, while Platzer Real Estate is the long-term manager of the property.
