On behalf of HSB Göteborg we are building 47 apartments for HSB BRF Skaftö at Västra Eriksberg. The order amount is approximately 116 million Swedish kronor.
The two houses, with 47 apartments of size 1.5 – 3 rooms and kitchens, are the last to be built in the quay area of Västra Eriksberg. The apartments are built right next to the ferry park and on the first parquet to the Gothenburg entrance to the sea. Under one of the house bodies, garages are going to be built.

Start of construction for BRF Skaftös was during the summer of 2017 and the project is expected to be completed in summer 2019.
