Serneke has sold the award-winning housing project Solkvarteret in Hyllie in Malmö to Lansa Fastigheter. The agreement includes a turnkey contract to build the 106 apartments that will be leased as rental apartments and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
In Örgryte Torp in Gothenburg, approximately 500 dwellings have been built. We were commissioned to build 219 apartments for Poseidon in the area.

We have been commissioned by HSB to build ten houses with a total of 125 tenant-owned apartments at Torpagatan in Björkekärr, Gothenburg.
On behalf of HSB Göteborg we are building 47 apartments for HSB BRF Skaftö at Västra Eriksberg. The order amount is approximately 116 million Swedish kronor.
