Serneke signs turnkey agreement with ICA Fastigheter regarding commercial premises and housing in Lund


Serneke and ICA Fastigheter have signed a turnkey agreement for the new production of an entirely new urban block, covering slightly more than 22,000 m2 in Brunnshög in Lund. The order is valued at SEK 548 million.

Since February 2021, the parties have worked together to design and plan the new Bona Terra commercial area at Brunnshög in Lund. The project comprises just over 22,000 square meters divided into a commercial property on the entrance level and a residential property on top. Within the commercial property, there will be, among other things, an ICA store and other commercial premises. The residential property comprising 258 rental apartments, will be owned and managed by Lansa Fastigheter AB.

“During the initial phase of our partnership, we experienced an excellent collaboration with ICA Fastigheter and are both happy and proud to be continuing the project together. This is an exciting project in many ways, and we look forward to commencing construction in the spring. Bona Terra will also connect the Brunnshög area favorably, bringing in new functions,” says Carl Hagberg, Construction Manager at Serneke.

The building will be certified in accordance with the Miljöbyggnad Silver standard, maintaining an overall high level of sustainability based on a sustainability program developed together with the Municipality of Lund.

The project is expected to be completed in 2025.

The total value of the order amounts to slightly more than SEK 548 million and will be included in the order bookings for the first quarter of 2022.
