Susanne Lithander leaves Serneke's board
Susanne Lithander resigns from her assignment as a board member of Serneke Group AB. The reason is that she has accepted a new position as CFO in a competing company in the same industry.
"We understand and respect Susanne's decision and thank her for her efforts in the board. We wish her the best of luck in the future, says Kent Sander, Chairman of Serneke Group AB.
Work on supplementing Serneke's board has begun.
