Serneke to construct housing in Näsby Slottspark in Täby

In the park surrounding the Näsby Slott stately home in Täby outside Stockholm, slightly more than 300 homes are to be constructed in three areas: Södra Parken (South Park), Norra Parken (North Park) and Strandängarna (Shoreline Meadows).

The 54 homes that Serneke is to build, in the form of both multi-family dwellings and semi-detached houses, will be located in the Norra Parken area. The contract represents the continuation of a partnership agreement between Serneke and Niam. Construction will commence immediately, with the first stage being completed during 2020.

“Having the opportunity to develop housing in such special surrounding in partnership with our new customer Niam has been a pleasure. The order value of approximately SEK 150 million is included in order bookings for the second quarter of 2019.
