Serneke builds housing in Hammarö
Serneke has signed a turnkey contract with HSB Värmland to construct a multi-dwelling building with 22 apartments. The order is valued at approximately SEK 31 million.
The turnkey contract includes new construction of 22 tenant-owner apartments on two floors on Lillängsvägen in central Skoghall in the municipality of Hammarö. The building is being constructed in a part of Hammarö where several new apartment buildings have been constructed in recent years.
“Continuing our efforts to establish operations in Värmland with another housing project feels motivating. We are entering the contract with the aim of delivering beyond the customer’s expectations and to conduct further projects together with HSB Värmland in the future,” says Magnus Grude, Construction Manager at Serneke Construction.
The contract is to commence immediately, and the apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in the autumn of 2020.
The order value of approximately SEK 31 million is included in order bookings for the second quarter of 2019.
