Serneke to build tenant-owner apartments in Ystad

This includes construction of four two-story multi-family dwellings with a total of 20 one and two-bedroom apartments, a storage building, waste and recycling rooms, parking spaces and a shared courtyard. The tenant-owner apartments are to be constructed in an attractive location near the sea.

“We are very pleased to commence operations in another town in the region of Skåne, developing attractive housing in a really pleasant location,” says Mats Olsson, Construction Manager at Serneke Construction.

“To date, the partnership in the project has felt very good. Responses have been straightforward and we have received answers quickly. Serneke clearly seeks to achieve the best end product possible,” says William Raihle at Scanbygg Fastighets AB.

Construction is scheduled to commence in January 2020 and the project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021. The agreement was signed on 19 September and the order amount of about SEK 35 million was included in the order bookings for the third quarter of 2019.
