Ola Serneke is Founder of the Year 2018

The jury’s motivation reads:

The jury for the Founder of the Year award consisted of: Chairman, David Kristensson – Northern Offshore Services; Anders Wall – Beijer Invest; Shori Zand – Avesina; Niklas Adalberth – Norrsken Foundation and Kristina Lindhe – Lexington.

The Founder of the Year award includes the founders of all companies in Sweden with more than SEK 100 million in net sales, SEK 10 million in annual profit and ten employees. The ranking is based on three indexes:

Historical performance – sales and profitability
Future potential – ownership, for how long and up to what size the founder can and wants to build the company, establishment of operations abroad.
Social benefit – employment, tax and social commitment
