Serneke enters collaboration agreement for renovation of Falkenberg's upper secondary school, Building 3
Serneke Construction and Falkenberg Municipality have signed a collaboration agreement for the renovation of Falkenberg’s upper secondary school, Building 3. The target is for the renovation to be completed by 2020.
“Falkenberg Municipality has sought a collaboration partner with innovative building solutions. The fact that they chose Serneke is a gratifying confirmation that we live up to our ambitions. We are looking forward to working together with the municipality to develop an optimal solution for the city’s future upper secondary school students,” says Karl Wetterlund, Construction Manager, Serneke Construction.
The project is being implemented in two phases. Phase 1, which begins immediately, will entail creating a timetable and budget for the project. Phase 2 will include the renovation work and commence in 2019. The target is for the project to be completed by 2020.
