Serneke to build tenant-owner apartments in Halmstad
Serneke has entered into an agreement with Magnolia Bostad to build 26 tenant-owner apartments at Kv. Kilot in Halmstad. The apartments will be built directly adjacent to the forthcoming hotel and the regional bus terminal and are expected to be completed in spring 2020.

On behalf of Magnolia Bostad, Serneke is already building a 250-room hotel that will be adjacent to the apartments. Construction of the apartments’ basement level, which is joined with the hotel’s, will commence in September 2018, and above-ground construction is expected to commence in March/April 2019.
The project is a turnkey contract. The order value of approximately SEK 44 million will be included in the order bookings for the second quarter of 2018.
