Serneke to construct logistics facility in Tranås

Serneke and Höganloft Fastigheter AB have signed a turnkey contract to set up a logistics facility in Tranås. The facility is being constructed for Sono Group AB, a leading supplier of quality furniture for schools, offices, public environments, and industry in Scandinavia.

“We are pleased that Höganloft Fastigheter has entrusted us with constricting this facility. It is particularly great that the project is located in Tranås where we have not previously worked,” says Peter Andersson, Construction Manager at Serneke.

“After carefully reviewing all 13 tenders, Serneke was the player that best met our requirements overall.We look forward to carrying out the project together with Serneke and its works unit,” says Henrik Nilsson, representative of Höganlofts Fastigheter.

Construction of the facility commenced in December 2020 and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2022. The order value of approximately SEK 105 million is included in order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2020.
