Serneke to construct new office property for Kraftstaden Fastigheter
Serneke has been commissioned to construct an office property for Kraftstaden Fastigheter AB in Trollhättan. The order is valued at approximately SEK 195 million.
Project 103, which is the working name for the property, will have seven stories, of which stories two to seven will house office operations, while the ground level will house a store and restaurant. The building will be constructed in accordance with Environment Building Silver certification, which will include solar panels being installed on the roof.
“This is a prestigious project in the local market and is also generating interest around the region. We are very pleased to have again been entrusted by Kraftstaden Fastigheter with a project and we look forward to a partnership based on commitment, knowledge and cooperation from all involved,” says Christer Larsson, Construction Manager for Serneke Construction.
Project 103 will be part of the Innovatum development center, which Kraftstaden Fastigheter continues to develop.
“We will be clarifying and reinforcing the central part of Innovatum, while offering additional attractive office space in the best of the locations,” explains Anders Torslid, CEO of Kraftstaden.
Project 103 is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2020. The order value of approximately SEK 195 million will be booked in the second quarter of 2018.
