Serneke has been commissioned to build Kvarteret Brevlådan in Stockholm for AB Familjebostäder. The total contract value is 220 million SEK and the project started in the summer 2015.
Kvarteret Brevlådan consists of 126 apartments spread over ten houses. The houses will be built in 3-5 storeys with a modern architecture. The area to be built is located close to both nature and public transport.
Construction will begin in the summer of 2015 and the project is scheduled for completion by summer 2017.
