It will be built a total of 500 housing units in Örgryte Torp in Gothenburg. We have been contracted to build 219 apartments for Bostads AB Poseidon in the area. The project value is approximately 409 million SEK.
In April 2015 we were contracted by Poseidon to build the first phase, which includes the construction of two four-storey buildings with 64 apartments, a garage and a nursery with four deparments.
In April 2016 we received renewed trust from Poseidon who hired us to build the second phase which includes 155 rental units with ten BMSS-units.
The area is located next door to Delsjön nature reserve and only a short bike ride from central Gothenburg. The first phase will be completed in May 2017 and the second phase at the end of 2018/beginning of 2019.
